In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended (NEPA), and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended (FLPMA), the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service (USDA Forest Service), collectively "the Agencies," have prepared a Proposed Resource Management Plan (RMP) and Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Bears Ears National Monument (BENM or monument) and by this notice are announcing the start of a 30-day protest period of the Proposed RMP.

In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended (NEPA), and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended (FLPMA), the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Nevada State Office intends to prepare a Resource Management Plan (RMP) amendment with an associated Environmental Assessment (EA) for the proposed Dodge Flat Solar II Project and by this notice is announcing the beginning of the scoping period to solicit public comments and identify issues, and is providing the planning criteria for public review.
