Notice of Availability of the Willow Master Development Plan Draft Environmental Impact Statement, Alaska
In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended, and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Willow Master Development Plan (MDP) and by this notice is announcing the opening of the comment period. The BLM is also announcing that it will be holding public meetings on the Willow MDP Draft EIS and a subsistence-related hearing to receive comments on the Willow MDP Draft EIS and the proposed project's potential to impact subsistence resources and activities.

Notice of Realty Action: Recreation and Public Purposes Act Classification: Nevada
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has examined certain public lands in Clark County, Nevada, and has found them suitable for classification for lease or conveyance to Clark County School District under the provisions of the Recreation and Public Purposes (R&PP) Act, as amended, Sec. 7 of the Taylor Grazing Act, and Executive Order No. 6910. Clark County School District proposes to use the land as an elementary school. The lands consist of 15 acres and must conform to the official plat of survey.

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended, and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Grand Staircase- Escalante National Monument (GSENM) and Kanab Field Office (KFO) have prepared the Proposed Resource Management Plans (RMPs) and Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the GSENM Grand Staircase, Kaiparowits, and Escalante Canyons Units, and Federal lands excluded from the Monument by Proclamation 9682 (Kanab-Escalante Planning Area (KEPA), and by this notice is announcing its availability and the opening of a protest period concerning the Proposed RMPs. In accordance with the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act of 2019, this notice also announces the opening of a 60-day public comment period regarding the proposed closure of recreational target shooting within at least 0.25 miles of residences, campgrounds, and developed recreation facilities in GSENM and KEPA.
Notice of Availability of the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the Mount Hope Project, Eureka County, Nevada
In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended (NEPA), and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended (FLPMA), the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Mount Lewis Field Office, Battle Mountain, Nevada, has prepared a Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and by this notice is announcing the beginning of the 30-day review period on the Final Supplemental EIS. The Mount Hope Project (Project) is owned by Eureka Moly, LLC (EML) and is located in central Nevada, approximately 23 miles northwest of Eureka, Nevada. The BLM has prepared this Final Supplemental EIS as a response to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit's remand decision for further action on issues identified in its December 28, 2016 decision.

As authorized in the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) received a petition for reinstatement of competitive oil and gas lease COC76814 from Williams Fork Land Company for land in Moffat County, Colorado. The lessee filed the petition on time, along with all rentals due since the lease terminated. No leases that affect these lands were issued prior to receiving the petition. The BLM proposes to reinstate this lease.

The Calvary Chapel proposes to use the land to build a church and K-12 school to meet the future needs of the community.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) announces the availability of the Record of Decision (ROD) for the approved Resource Management Plan (RMP) for the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area (SPRNCA) located in Cochise County in southeastern Arizona. The Arizona State Director signed the ROD on July 30, 2019, which constitutes the final decision of the BLM and makes the approved RMP effective immediately.
