In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended, and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Ambler Road and by this notice is announcing the opening of the comment period. The BLM is also announcing that it will be holding public meetings on the Draft EIS and subsistence-related hearings to receive comments on the Draft EIS and the project's potential to impact subsistence resources and activities.

In accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act, the Federal Advisory Committee Act, and the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act, the U.S. Department of the Interior, the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) Utah Resource Advisory Council (RAC) will meet as indicated below.

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended, and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Grand Staircase- Escalante National Monument (GSENM) and Kanab Field Office (KFO) have prepared the Proposed Resource Management Plans (RMPs) and Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the GSENM Grand Staircase, Kaiparowits, and Escalante Canyons Units, and Federal lands excluded from the Monument by Proclamation 9682 (Kanab-Escalante Planning Area (KEPA), and by this notice is announcing its availability and the opening of a protest period concerning the Proposed RMPs. In accordance with the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act of 2019, this notice also announces the opening of a 60-day public comment period regarding the proposed closure of recreational target shooting within at least 0.25 miles of residences, campgrounds, and developed recreation facilities in GSENM and KEPA.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is proposing to renew an information collection control number.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Las Vegas Field Office, has examined and found suitable for classification for lease and subsequent conveyance under the provisions of the Recreation and Public Purposes (R&PP) Act, as amended, Sec. 7 of the Taylor Grazing Act, and Executive Order No. 6910, 15 acres of public land within the City of Henderson, Clark County, Nevada. The Calvary Chapel proposes to use the land to build a church and K-12 school to meet the future needs of the community.

In accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972, and the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act of 2004, the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Boise District Resource Advisory Council (RAC) will meet as indicated below.

As authorized in the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) received a petition for reinstatement of competitive oil and gas lease COC70909 from Carrizo Oil & Gas for land in Weld County, Colorado. The lessee filed the petition on time, along with all rentals due since the lease terminated. No leases that affect these lands were issued prior to receiving the petition. The BLM proposes to reinstate this lease.

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended (NEPA), and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended (FLPMA), the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed Borderlands Wind Project (Project) and Proposed Socorro Field Office Resource Management Plan Amendment (RMPA) for the BLM Socorro Field Office, and by this notice is announcing its availability.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) announces the availability of the Record of Decision (ROD) for the approved Resource Management Plan (RMP) for the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area (SPRNCA) located in Cochise County in southeastern Arizona. The Arizona State Director signed the ROD on July 30, 2019, which constitutes the final decision of the BLM and makes the approved RMP effective immediately.
