This order extends the duration of the withdrawal created by Public Land Order No. 7060, issued effective June 3, 1994, for an additional 20-year period. The extension is necessary to continue protection of the Sacramento Pass Recreation Area in White Pine County, Nevada, which would otherwise expire on June 2, 2014.

Notice is hereby given that portions of the Beaver Creek Fire are closed year-round to human entry for the period specified. The closure is in effect on public lands administered by the Shoshone Field Office, Bureau of Land Management (BLM).

This is to notify the public that a temporary closure is in effect on public lands at the Ash Springs Recreation Site administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Ely District, Caliente Field Office as authorized under the provisions of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 and pursuant to BLM regulations for the protection of persons, property, and public lands and resources.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has filed the plats of survey of the lands described below in the BLM Wyoming State Office, Cheyenne, Wyoming, on the dates indicated.

The extension is necessary to continue protection of the Spencer Glacier Material Site, which was established on behalf of the United States Forest Service in order to make high quality rock and gravel available from the site to nearby communities for private and public works projects.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of the Interior is issuing a public notice of its intent to create the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) ``General Land Office Records Automation SystemInterior, BLM-42'' system of records. The system of records contains information collected from publicly available historical Federal land conveyance documents (land patents, survey plats, field notes and land status records) maintained by the BLM General Land Office, and billing information of individuals requesting certified copies of land conveyance documents. The purpose of this system is to maintain, protect and preserve more than five million documents of historical relevance and to make these valuable resources for natural resource agencies, historians, surveyors, title companies, and genealogists available via the General Land Office Records Web site.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is soliciting nominations for the vacant elected-official position on the BLM's Las Cruces District Resource Advisory Council (RAC). The council provides advice and recommendations to the BLM on the management of public lands in the Las Cruces District.

The Bureau of Land Management is the lead agency for the Environmental Impact Statement and the United States Forest Service is participating as a cooperating agency.

The purpose of this notice is to inform the public of and request comments on the methods and procedures that the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), intends to use to implement the terms of the Helium Stewardship Act of 2013 (``the Act'' or ``the HSA''). In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, as amended, and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Rock Springs Field Office (RSFO) intends to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) for the Bird Canyon Natural Gas Infill Project and by this notice announces the opening of the scoping period. The plan of development for this project proposes that 348 natural gas wells be drilled on public lands in the 17,612 acre Bird Canyon project area.

The purpose of this notice is to inform the public and interested State and local government officials of the filing of Plats of Survey in Nevada.
