Notice of Realty Action; Recreation and Public Purposes Act Classification; Lease and Conveyance of Public Land, Mohave County, AZ
Lake Havasu City (City) in Mohave County, Arizona has filed an application to lease or purchase 280 acres of public land under the Recreation and Public Purposes (R&PP) Act, as amended, to be used for recreation and public purposes. The City proposes to use the land for a municipal golf course, multi-agency environmental and eco-educational center, community park, performing arts center, recreational support facilities, visitors' center, and hiking trails. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has examined the land and found it suitable to be classified for lease and/or conveyance under the provisions of the R&PP Act, as amended.
Notice of Realty Action: Direct Sale of Public Lands in Santa Clara County, CA
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Hollister Field Office, proposes to sell three separate parcels of public land totaling approximately 212.67 acres in Santa Clara County, California. The public lands would be sold to the Santa Clara County Open Space Authority for the appraised fair market value. The total appraised value of all three parcels is $395,000.

Notice of Realty Action: Application for a Recordable Disclaimer of Interest in Land; Wyoming
John L. Nau III and Barbara E. Nau, of Houston, Texas, and Donald and Diane Siegel, Trustees of the Siegel Residence Trust of Wilson, Wyoming, have filed a joint application for Recordable Disclaimer of Interest from the United States for certain riparian parcels in Teton County, Wyoming that are adjacent to other parcels they own in the County. Notice of Availability of the Record of Decision for the One Nevada Transmission Line (ON Line) Project, Nevada
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) announces the availability of the Record of Decision (ROD) to authorize the granting of Rights-of- Way (ROW) for the construction of the One Nevada Transmission Line (ON Line) Project. Lands described in the ROW authorizations are located within the BLM Ely District Office's management area in White Pine, Nye, and Lincoln counties, Nevada; and the BLM Southern Nevada District in Clark County, Nevada. The Ely District Office was designated the project lead by the BLM Nevada State Director. The Ely District Manager has signed the ROD, which constitutes the final decision of the BLM. The appeal period for this decision will end 30 days after publication of this notice in accordance with 43 CFR 4.411(a).
Notice of Proposed Reinstatement of Terminated Oil and Gas Lease WYW160429, Wyoming
Under the provisions of the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) received a petition for reinstatement from Rock Well Petroleum (US) Inc. for oil and gas lease WYW160429 for land in Natrona County, Wyoming. The petition was filed on time and was accompanied by all the rentals due since the date the lease terminated under the law.

The purpose of this notice is to request public nominations for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Resource Advisory Councils (RAC) that have member terms expiring this year. The RACs provide advice and recommendations to the BLM on land use planning and management of the National System of Public Lands within their geographic areas. Meeting of the California Desert District Advisory Council
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Public Laws 92-463 and 94-579, that the California Desert District Advisory Council to the Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Department of the Interior, will meet in formal session on Saturday, March 26, 2011, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, 12603 Mariposa Road, Victorville, CA 92395. There will be no field trip on Friday, March 25. On that date, the Council will hold an internal business meeting on administrative matters. Agenda topics for the Saturday meeting will include updates by Council members and reports from the BLM District Manager and five field office managers. In addition, the agenda may include updates on California Independent System Operator, the 29 Palms Marine Corps Air- to-Ground Combat Center proposed expansion, abandoned mine lands, special recreation permits, and renewable energy. Notice of Public Meeting for Proposed Withdrawal
A Notice was published in the Federal Register on August 3, 2010, temporarily segregating approximately 28,953 acres of public land within the Clear Creek Management Area (CCMA) from location and entry under the United States mining laws for up to 2 years, while various studies and analyses are made to support a final decision on the withdrawal application. The Secretary of the Interior proposes to withdraw for a period of 20 years these lands located in San Benito and Fresno Counties, on behalf of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), to limit impacts to public safety and human health from naturally occurring asbestos and past mining activities. In addition, approximately 3,763 acres of non-Federal lands are located inside of the proposed withdrawal area, and if those lands should be acquired by or returned to the United States by any means, they would also be included in the proposed withdrawal. Notice is hereby given, that a public meeting will be held in accordance with the regulations set forth in 43 CFR 2310.3-1. At this meeting, the focus will be on explaining the process of withdrawing public land from location and entry under the United States mining laws.
