four sheets, and related field notes we
described in the open files. They will be
available to the public as a matter of
information. If the BLM receives a
protest against this survey, as shown on
these plats, in four sheets, prior to the
date of the official filing, we will stay
the filing pending our consideration of
the protest. We will not officially file
these plats, in four sheets, until the day
after we have accepted or dismissed all
protests and they have become final,
including decisions or appeals.

Advisory Council

ACTION: Notice of public meetings.
AGENCY:
In accordance with the
Federal Land Policy and Management
Act of 1976 and the Federal Advisory
Committee Act of 1972, the U.S.
Department of the Interior, Bureau of
Land Management (BLM) DominguezEscalante Advisory Council (Council)
will meet as indicated below.
DATES: Meetings will be held; May 18,
2011; June 1 and 15, 2011; July 6 and
20, 2011; and August 3 and 17, 2011.
All meetings will begin at 3 p.m. and
will adjourn at 6 p.m.
ADDRESSES: Meetings on June 1, July 6
and August 3 will be held at the Delta
Performing Arts Center, 822 Grand Ave.,
Delta, Colorado. Meetings on May 18,
June 15, July 20 and August 17 will be
held at the Mesa County Courthouse
