Temporary Road/Area Closures
Notice is hereby given that certain roads/areas within the Piute Fire perimeter are temporarily closed to motorized vehicles due to a wildland fire. The purpose of this closure is to provide for public and firefighter safety. This action is to decrease the number of private vehicles on the roads/areas within the fire perimeter.
Notice of Filing of Plats of Survey, Nebraska

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has prepared a Proposed Resource Management Plan/Final Environmental Impact Statement (PRMP/FEIS) for the Kanab Field Office.

Pursuant to section 2(b) of the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920, as amended by section 4 of the Federal Coal Leasing Amendments Act of 1976, 90 Stat. 1083, 30 U.S.C. 201 (b), and to the regulations adopted as 43 CFR 3410, all interested parties are hereby invited to participate with Jacobs Ranch Coal Company on a pro rata cost sharing basis in its program for the exploration of coal deposits owned by the United States of America in the following-described lands in Campbell County, WY:
