Cedarville Rancheria-Liquor Licensing Ordinance of the Cedarville Rancheria, Ordinance No. 2012-05
This notice publishes the Liquor Licensing Ordinance of the Cedarville Rancheria, Ordinance No. 2012-05. The Ordinance regulates and controls the possession, sale and consumption of liquor within the Indian Country of the Cedarville Rancheria. The land is trust land and this Ordinance allows for the possession and sale of alcoholic beverages within the jurisdiction of the Cedarville Rancheria. This Ordinance will increase the ability of the tribal government to control the distribution and possession of liquor within their jurisdiction, and at the same time will provide an important source of revenue, strengthen the tribal government and improve the delivery of tribal services.

Bishop Paiute Tribe-Liquor Control Ordinance No. 2012-07
This notice publishes the Liquor Control Ordinance No. 2012-07 of the Bishop Paiute Tribe. The Ordinance regulates and controls the possession, sale and consumption of liquor within the Indian Country of the Bishop Paiute Tribe. The land is trust land and this Ordinance allows for the possession and sale of alcoholic beverages within the jurisdiction of the Bishop Paiute Tribe. Extension, Without Changes of Agency Information Collection for Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Contracts
In compliance with Section 3506(c)(2)(A) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, which requires 60 days for public comment on proposed information collection projects, the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) and the Indian Health Service (IHS) are publishing for comment, a summary of a proposed information collection, titled ``Indian Self- Determination and Education Assistance Contracts, 25 CFR part 900,'' to be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. The information is collected to process contracts, grants or cooperative agreements (contracts) for award by BIA and IHS, as authorized by the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (ISDEAA), as amended (25 U.S.C. 450 et seq.). This previously approved information collection (OMB Control Number 1076-0136) expires May 31, 2013.

Courts of Indian Offenses
This interim final rule adds two Indian tribes to the list of tribes with Courts of Indian Offenses (also known as CFR Courts), and deletes five tribes from those under the jurisdiction of CFR Courts. The two tribes to be added are Skull Valley Band of Goshute Indians and the Seneca-Cayuga Tribe. The tribes to be removed from the list are the Seminole Nation, the Miami Tribe, the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, the Wyandotte Tribe, and the Quapaw Tribe.

Privacy Act of 1974; as amended; Notice to Amend an Existing System of Records
Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of the Interior is issuing a public notice of its intent to amend the Bureau of Indian Affairs Privacy Act system of records, ``National Irrigation Information Management System (NIIMS), Interior, BIA-34,'' to update the system location, categories of individuals covered by the system, categories of records in the system, authority for maintenance of the system, routine uses, storage, safeguards, retention and disposal, system manager and address, and records source categories. The National Irrigation Information Management System is a collection, debt management, and billing system utilized by various Indian irrigation projects operated by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The system facilitates the revenue and collections business cycle, including billing for the construction, operation and maintenance costs of the project which are reimbursable to the Federal government.

Notice of Intent To Establish an Adequate Yearly Progress Negotiated Rulemaking Committee
The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) is announcing its intent to establish an Adequate Yearly Progress Negotiated Rulemaking Committee (Committee). The Committee will recommend revisions to the existing regulations for Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP). As required by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, the Secretary will select representatives of Indian tribes for the Committee from among individuals nominated by tribes whose students attend BIE-funded schools operated by either the Bureau or by the tribe through a contract or grant and who would be affected by a final rule. The BIE solicits comments on this proposal to establish the Committee, including comments on additional interests not identified in this notice of intent, and invites tribes to nominate representatives for membership on the Committee.
