In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Bureau of Indian Affairs is submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for renewal for the collection of information titled ``Probate of Indian Estates, Except for Members of the Osage Nation and the Five Civilized Tribes.'' The information collection is currently authorized by OMB Control Number 1076-0169, which expires November 30, 2011.

Residential, Business, and Wind and Solar Resource Leases on Indian Land
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is proposing to revise the regulations addressing non-agricultural leasing of Indian land. This rule would add new subparts to address residential leases, business leases, wind resource evaluation and development leases, and solar resource development leases on Indian land, and would therefore remove the existing subpart for non-agricultural leases.

This notice advises the public that the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) as the lead Federal agency, with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the Moapa Band of Paiute Indians (Tribe) as Cooperating Agencies, intends to file a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the proposed KRoad Moapa Solar Generation Facility on the Moapa River Indian Reservation (Reservation) in Clark County, Nevada. This notice also announces the DEIS is now available for public review and that public meetings will be held to solicit comments on the draft document.
