The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (CFPB), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13. The CFPB is soliciting comments on an information collection request that will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance on or after the date of publication of this notice.
