The United States Postal Service[supreg] (Postal Service) is proposing to modify a Customer Privacy Act System of Records (SOR) to enhance an ongoing initiative to identify, prevent and mitigate potentially fraudulent activity within the Change-of-Address and Hold Mail processes.
