Standard Mail Volume Incentive Program (aka Summer Sale)
The Postal Service is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM[supreg]), to add section 709.2 which introduces new standards for a special volume incentive program for mailers of Standard Mail[supreg] letters and flats with mail volume exceeding their individual USPSTM- determined threshold levels. The program period will be from July 1, 2009 through September 30, 2009.
Privacy Act of 1974, System of Records
The United States Postal Service[supreg] is proposing to modify three of its Privacy Act Systems of Records: USPS 810.200, https://www.usps.gov Ordering, Payment, and Fulfillment; USPS 880.000, Post Office and Retail Services; and USPS 900.000, International Services. The proposed modifications reflect changes regarding how Customs declaration forms are collected, analyzed, and reported to appropriate Federal authorities. The proposed modifications to USPS 880.000, Post Office and Retail Services, reflect administrative updates as well as the sharing of certain claims data with foreign posts as a result of changes to title 39 of the United States Code.
International Product Change-Royal Mail Group Inbound Air Parcel Post Agreement
The Postal Service gives notice of filing a request with the Postal Regulatory Commission to add the Royal Mail Group Inbound Air Parcel Post Agreement to the Competitive Products List pursuant to 39 U.S.C. 3642.
