No FEAR Act
The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC) is publishing this notice under the ``Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002,'' which is known as the No FEAR Act, to inform current employees, former employees, and applicants for OSHRC employment of the rights and protections available to them under Federal antidiscrimination, whistleblower protection, and retaliation laws.
Regulations Implementing the Privacy Act of 1974
The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC) is amending its regulations implementing the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552a. The Privacy Act has been amended multiple times since OSHRC first promulgated its regulations in 1979. The amendments to OSHRC's regulations at 29 CFR Part 2400 will assist the agency in complying with the requirements of the Privacy Act.
Regulations Implementing the Freedom of Information Act
The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC) revises its regulations implementing the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552, as amended. The regulations contain new provisions to comply with Executive Order 13392. In addition, the regulations have been updated to reflect changes in OSHRC's policies and procedures. As a result of these revisions, the public will have a clearer understanding of OSHRC's policies and procedures implementing the FOIA.

Privacy Act of 1974; New and Revised Systems of Records, and Deletion of a Duplicative System of Records
In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552a, as amended, the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC) is proposing in this notice the addition of a new system of records; the bifurcation of an existing system of records; the deletion of a duplicative system of records; and revisions to preexisting systems of records, including the addition of new routine uses.
