The Institute of Museum and Library Services announces that the following information collection has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act. This program helps to ensure that requested data can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirements on respondents can be properly assessed. This Notice proposes the clearance of the Gathering Community Spotlights to Highlight Efforts of Local Practitioners to Improve Information Literacy: Collection Process to Populate Community Spotlights. Submission for OMB Review, Comment Request, Proposed Collection: Improving Customer Experience (OMB Circular A-11, Section 280 Implementation)
The Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the renewal of a proposed collection of information by the Agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), Federal Agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, and to allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice. This Notice solicits comments on a renewal of a collection to gather customer and stakeholder feedback via customer interviews, feedback surveys, and rapid feedback user testing of website experiences to improve customer experience with IMLS services of various kinds.
