Notice of Intent To Grant Exclusive License
This notice is issued in accordance with 35 U.S.C. 209(e) and 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1)(i). NASA hereby gives notice of its intent to grant an exclusive license in the United States to practice the invention described and claimed in U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 13/800,692 entitled Interconnect Device and Assemblies Made Therewith, to Topline Corporation, having its principal place of business in Irvine, CA. The patent rights in these inventions as applicable have been assigned to the United States of America as represented by the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. The prospective partially exclusive license will comply with the terms and conditions of 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR 404.7.

Centennial Challenges: 2014 Night Rover Challenge
This notice is issued in accordance with 51 U.S.C. 20144(c). The 2014 Night Rover Challenge is scheduled and teams that wish to compete may register. Centennial Challenges is a program of prize competitions to stimulate innovation in technologies of interest and value to NASA and the nation. The 2014 Night Rover Challenge is a prize competition designed to encourage development of new energy storage technologies or application of existing storage technologies in unique ways for application in extreme space environments. Competitors will need to demonstrate high energy density storage systems (>330w-hr/kg) that would enable a rover to operate throughout lunar darkness cycles. Cleantech Open of Palo Alto, California administers the Challenge for NASA. NASA is providing the $1,500,000 prize purse.

Public Availability of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration FY 2012 Service Contract Inventory (SCI)
In accordance with Section 743 of Division C of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2010 (Pub. L. 111-117), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is publishing this notice to advise the public of the availability of its analysis of FY 2011 Service Contract Inventory and its FY 2012 Service Contract Inventory. This inventory provides information on service contract actions over $25,000 that were accomplished in FY 2012. The inventory has been developed in accordance with guidance issued on December 19, 2011, by the Office of Management and Budget's Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP).
