Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to extend the target date for completion of the above-captioned investigation from April 18, 2011, to June 17, 2011. The Commission is requesting supplemental briefing from the public and from the parties to the investigation with respect to certain questions set forth below.

The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of full reviews pursuant to section 751(c)(5) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)(5)) (the Act) to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty orders on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from India, Indonesia, Italy, and Korea and/or therevocation of the antidumping duty orders on cut-to-lengthcarbonsteel plate from India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, and Korea would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The Commission has determined to exercise its authority to extend the review period by up to 90 days pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 1675(c)(5)(B).
