Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
The Inter-American Foundation (IAF) proposes to add three new electronic systems of records: IAF/FPPS (Federal Personnel and Payroll System) (IAF-01), IAF Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) (IAF-02), IAF GovGrants (IAF-03). This notice is required to meet the requirements of the Privacy Act to publish in the Federal Register a notice of the existence and character of records maintained by the agency.

Submission for OMB Review; Comments Request
Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, agencies are required to publish a Notice in the Federal Register notifying the public that the agency is modifying an existing information collection and creating a new information collection for OMB review and approval and requests public review and comment on the submission. The agency received one comment in response to the sixty (60) day notice and have not made changes to the information collection in response to that comments. Comments are being solicited on the need for the information; the accuracy of the burden estimate; the quality, practical utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and ways to minimize reporting the burden, including automated collected techniques and uses of other forms of technology.
