Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is given that the General Services Administration (GSA) proposes to rescind a System of Records Notice, GSA/PPFM-10, Purchase Card Program. This system of records provides control over expenditure of funds through the use of Federal Government purchase cards.

General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation; SAM Representation for Leases
GSA is proposing to amend the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to remove the requirement for lease offerors to have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration when submitting offers and instead allow offers up until the time of award to obtain an active SAM registration.
Federal Travel Regulation; Alternative Fuel Vehicle Usage During Relocations
GSA is issuing a final rule amending the Federal Travel Regulation to allow agencies greater flexibility for authorizing shipment of a relocating employee's alternative fueled privately-owned vehicle or extending driving times of these types of vehicles if necessary.

Information Collection; Progress Payments, SF 1443
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regulations, DoD, GSA, and NASA invite the public to comment on an extension concerning progress payments. DoD, GSA, and NASA invite comments on: whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of Federal Government acquisitions, including whether the information will have practical utility; the accuracy of the estimate of the burden of the proposed information collection; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and ways to minimize the burden of the information collection on respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology. OMB has approved this information collection for use through August 31, 2024. DoD, GSA, and NASA propose that OMB extend its approval for use for three additional years beyond the current expiration date.
