A notice was published in the Federal Register at 77 FR 43080, on July 23, 2012. One respondent provided comments.

Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Regulatory Secretariat will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement concerning Travel Costs. A notice was published in the Federal Register at 77 FR 67366, on November 9, 2012. Two respondents submitted comments.

Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Regulatory Secretariat will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement concerning pollution prevention and right-to-know information. A notice was published in the Federal Register at 77 FR 63803, on October 17, 2012. No comments were received.

Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the General Services Administration will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement regarding the National Contact Center customer evaluation surveys. In this request, the previously approved surveys have been supplemented with surveys that will temporarily replace those existing surveys for one period of several months. These temporary surveys will allow the National Contact Center to compare its customer service levels to those of private industry contact centers. A notice was published in the Federal Register at 78 FR 14549, on March 6, 2013. No comments were received.

The General Services Administration (GSA) is proposing to amend the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) by revising its mail management policy. A major part of the proposed revision involves the removal of the agency requirement to pay the United States Postal Service (USPS) using commercial payment processes. This proposed rule also revises the term ``commercial payment process'', removes the definition ``large agency'', requires all agencies to provide an annual mail management report, changes the date of the annual report, removes the description of facility and program mail manager responsibilities, recommends all agencies implement the process of consolidation of mail and requires all agencies to expand existing mail security policy to include guidance for employees receiving incoming and sending outgoing official mail at an alternative worksite. Finally, this proposed rule encourages agencies to increase sustainable activities in their mail programs, and makes editorial and technical corrections. DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to remove all references to Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) Pamphlet No. 7, Use of Irrevocable Letters of Credit, and also provide updated sources of data required to verify the credit worthiness of a financial entity issuing or confirming an irrevocable letter of credit (ILC).
