Agency Information Collection Activities; Information Collection; USA Spending
Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the General Services Administration will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve a new information collection requirement regarding USA Spending.
Federal Acquisition Regulation; Information Collection; Contractor Use of Interagency Fleet Management System Vehicles
Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Regulatory Secretariat will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement concerning contractor use of interagency fleet management system vehicles per the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 51.2 and clause 52.251-2.
Federal Acquisition Regulation; Commercial and Government Entity Code
DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to require the use of Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) codes, including North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) CAGE (NCAGE) codes for foreign entities, for awards valued at greater than the micro-purchase threshold. The CAGE code is a five-character identification number used extensively within the Federal Government. The proposed rule will also require offerors, if owned or controlled by another business entity, to identify that entity during System for Award Management (SAM) registration.

As part of a Federal Government wide effort to streamline the process to seek feedback from the public on service delivery, the General Services Administration (GSA) will be submitting a renewal to the Generic Information Collection Request (Generic ICR): ``Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery'' to OMB for approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). A notice was published in the Federal Register at 77 FR 74191, on December 13, 2012. Two comments were received.
Office of Federal High-Performance Green Buildings; Green Building Advisory Committee; Notification of Upcoming Public Advisory Committee Meeting
Notice of this meeting is being provided according to the requirements of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App., 10(a)(2). This notice provides the schedule and agenda for the May 1, 2013, meeting of the Green Building Advisory Committee Meeting (the Committee). The meeting is open to the public and the site is accessible to individuals with disabilities. Information Collection; Tangible Personal Property Report (SF-428A, 428B, and 428C)
Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Office of Governmentwide Policy will submit to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement concerning reporting tangible personal property. In support of OMB's continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, GSA invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the proposed information collection. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice seeks comments concerning forms that will be used to collect information related to tangible personal property when required by a Federal financial assistance award. OMB specifically requests comments on: (a) Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information shall have practical utility; (b) the accuracy of the estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information; (c) the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and (d) ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on respondents, including through the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology.
