Records Schedules; Availability and Request for Comments
The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) publishes notice of certain Federal agency requests for records disposition authority (records schedules). We publish notice in the Federal Register and on regulations.gov for records schedules in which agencies propose to dispose of records they no longer need to conduct agency business. We invite public comments on such records schedules.

FDIC Advisory Committee on Economic Inclusion; Notice of Meeting
In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, notice is hereby given of a meeting of the FDIC Advisory Committee on Economic Inclusion. The Advisory Committee will provide advice and recommendations on initiatives to expand access to banking services by underserved populations. The meeting is open to the public. In alignment with the Center for Disease Control's guidelines related to current and potential coronavirus developments and the Corporation's return to office plan, the public's means to observe this meeting of the Advisory Committee on Economic Inclusion will be both in-person and via a Webcast live on the internet. Energy Labeling Rule
The Federal Trade Commission (``FTC'' or ``Commission'') issues routine updates to comparability range information on EnergyGuide labels for refrigerators and freezers, dishwashers, water heaters, room air conditioners (ranges only), clothes washers, furnaces, and pool heaters in the Energy Labeling Rule (``Rule''). The Commission also makes a minor, clarifying change to requirements for determining room air conditioner capacity.
