Information Collection; Certain Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 16 Contract Pricing Requirements
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regulations, DoD, GSA, and NASA invite the public to comment on a revision concerning certain Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 16 contract pricing requirements. DoD, GSA, and NASA invite comments on: Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of Federal Government acquisitions, including whether the information will have practical utility; the accuracy of the estimate of the burden of the proposed information collection; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and ways to minimize the burden of the information collection on respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology. OMB has approved this information collection for use through February 28, 2022. DoD, GSA, and NASA propose that OMB extend its approval for use for three additional years beyond the current expiration date.
Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
The United States Postal Service (USPS\TM\) is proposing to revise a General Privacy Act System of Records to support an initiative sponsored by the United States Postal Inspection Service to conduct link analysis for investigative purposes.
Monitoring Criteria and Methods To Calculate Occupational Radiation Doses
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing for public comment draft regulatory guide (DG), DG-8060, ``Monitoring Criteria and Methods to Calculate Occupational Radiation Doses.'' This DG is proposed Revision 1 to Regulatory Guide (RG) 8.34 of the same name. This proposed revised guidance describes an approach that is acceptable to the staff of the NRC to meet the NRC regulations for monitoring and determining the dose to occupationally exposed individuals.
Proposed Information Collection; Comment Request
Under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) offers the public and Federal agencies the opportunity to comment regarding the NTSB's intent to submit an Information Collection Request (ICR) for an extension of a currently-approved information collection (IC) for Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Control No. 3147-0028. The OMB number, which is currently assigned to the NTSB's Request for a Medical Exception to the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement form, was obtained through emergency clearance in November 2021 and will expire on May 31, 2022. This 60-Day Notice informs the public and Federal agencies that they may submit comments directly to the NTSB regarding this IC.
Regulation Q; Regulatory Capital Rules: Risk-Based Capital Surcharges for Global Systemically Important Bank Holding Companies
The Board is providing notice of the 2021 aggregate global indicator amounts, as required under the Board's rule regarding risk- based capital surcharges for global systemically important bank holding companies (GSIB surcharge rule).
Designated Reserve Ratio for 2022
Pursuant to the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDI Act), the Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation designates that the Designated Reserve Ratio (DRR) for the Deposit Insurance Fund shall remain at 2 percent for 2022. The Board is publishing this notice as required by section 7(b)(3)(A)(i) the FDI Act (12 U.S.C. 1817(b)(3)(A)(i)).
