Agency Information Collection Activities: Comment Request
The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM), as a part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal Agencies to comment on the proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. EXIM plans to invite approximately 150 U.S. exporters and commercial lending institutions that have used EXIM's short-, medium-, and long-term programs over the previous calendar year with an electronic invitation to participate in the online survey. The proposed survey will ask participants to evaluate the competitiveness of EXIM's programs and how the programs compare to those of foreign credit agencies. EXIM will use the responses to develop an analysis of the Bank's competitiveness. In the Matter of Exelon Generation Company, LLC; Three Mile Island Generating Station, Unit 1; Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued a general license to the Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon), authorizing the operation of the Three Mile Island Generating Station Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI), in accordance with its regulations. The Order is being issued to Exelon to impose additional security requirements because Exelon has identified near- term plans to store spent fuel in an ISFSI under the general license provisions of the NRC's regulations. The Order was issued August 27, 2020 and became effective immediately.
Notice of Availability of Regulatory Flexibility Act Section 610 Review of the Safety Standards for Full-Size Baby Cribs and Non-Full-Size Baby Cribs
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC or Commission) is announcing the availability of a completed rule review under section 610 of the Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA) for the safety standards for full-size baby cribs and non-full-size baby cribs (crib standards). This regulatory review concludes that the crib standards should be maintained without change.

In accordance with section 3506(c)(2)(A) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regulations, DoD, GSA, and NASA invite the public to comment on a revision and renewal concerning preaward survey forms. OMB approved this information collection for use through December 31, 2020. DoD, GSA, and NASA propose that OMB extend its approval for use for three additional years beyond the current expiration date.
