SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Commission has received a complaint and a submission pursuant to § 210.8(b) of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure filed on behalf of The Regents of the University of California on August 31, 2020. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1337) in the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain filament lightemitting diodes and products containing same (II). The complaint names as respondents: General Electric Company of Boston, MA; Consumer Lighting (U.S.) LLC d/b/a GE Lighting of East Cleveland, OH; Savant Systems, Inc. of Hyannis, MA; Home Depot Product Authority, LLC of Atlanta, GA; Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. of Atlanta, GA; The Home Depot, Inc. of Atlanta, GA; Feit Electric Company, Inc. of Pico Rivera, CA; Satco Products, Inc. of Brentwood, NY; IKEA Supply AG of Switzerland; IKEA U.S. Retail LLC of Conshohocken, PA; and IKEA of Sweden AB of Sweden. The complainant requests that the Commission issue a limited exclusion order, cease and desist orders and impose a bond upon respondents’ alleged infringing articles during the 60day Presidential review period pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 1337(j). Determinations

    On the basis of the record \1\ developed in the subject five-year 
reviews, the United States International Trade Commission 
(``Commission'') determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the 
Act''), that revocation of the countervailing and antidumping duty 
orders on certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products (``CSPV 
products'') from China and the antidumping duty order on CSPV products 
from Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of 
material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably 
foreseeable time.
