Regulatory Capital Rule: Money Market Mutual Fund Liquidity Facility
To provide liquidity to the money market sector to help stabilize the financial system, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System authorized the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston to establish the Money Market Mutual Fund Liquidity Facility (MMLF), pursuant to section 13(3) of the Federal Reserve Act. Under the MMLF, the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston will extend non-recourse loans to eligible financial institutions to purchase certain types of assets from money market mutual funds (MMFs). To facilitate this Federal Reserve lending program, the Board, OCC and FDIC (together, the agencies) are adopting this interim final rule to allow banking organizations to neutralize the regulatory capital effects of participating in the program. This treatment would extend to the community bank leverage ratio.
Backfitting, Forward Fitting, and Issue Finality Guidance
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing for public comment draft NUREG-1409, ``Backfitting Guidelines,'' Revision 1. This draft NUREG provides guidance on the implementation of the backfitting and issue finality provisions of the NRC's regulations and the NRC's forward fitting policy in accordance with Management Directive and Handbook 8.4, ``Management of Backfitting, Forward Fitting, Issue Finality, and Information Requests.''
Advisory Committee on the Medical Uses of Isotopes: Meeting Notice
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will convene a meeting of the Advisory Committee on the Medical Uses of Isotopes (ACMUI) on March 30, 2020. This meeting notice, published in the Federal Register on February 19, 2020, is being re-noticed to inform members of the public that this meeting will now be conducted on March 30, 2020 via teleconference.

Information Collection: NRC Forms 366, 366A, and 366B, “Licensee Event Report”; Correction
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is correcting a notice that was published in the Federal Register (FR) on February 26, 2020, providing notice of submission to the Office of Management and Budget and requesting comment. This action is necessary to amend the annual responses and burden hours to include the burden and responses associated cyber security events. The NRC has decided to extend the public comment period to allow more time for members of the public to develop and submit their comments. The public comment period was originally scheduled to close on March 27, 2020.
Southern Nuclear Operating Company, Inc., Vogtle Electric Generating Plant, Units 3 and 4 Inspections, Tests, Analyses, and Acceptance Criteria
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has determined that specified inspections, tests, and analyses have been successfully completed, and that specified acceptance criteria are met for the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP), Units 3 and 4.

The Commission is appointing a presiding officer to set a procedural schedule and conduct limited discovery for the purpose of determining disputed issues of fact in the case. This notice informs the public of the filing and takes other administrative steps.

Agency Information Collection Activities: Existing Collection
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC or Commission) announces that it has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for a three-year PRA approval of Component 1 of the Employer Information Report (EEO-1). The EEOC is seeking OMB approval to remove Component 1 from OMB control number 3046-0007 and assign it a new PRA control number. The EEOC is not submitting a request to approve Component 2 of the EEO-1 collection.
Advisory Committee for Environmental Research and Education
On February 21, 2020, the National Science Foundation published a notice of open meeting announcing a meeting on March 25-26, 2020 of the Advisory Committee for Environmental Research and Education. This notice announces the cancellation of this meeting.
Data Collection Available for Public Comments
The Small Business Administration (``SBA'') intends to request approval from the Office of Management and Budget (``OMB'') for the collection of information described below. The Paperwork Reduction Act (``PRA'') of 1995, requires federal agencies to publish a notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information before submission to OMB, and to allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice. This notice complies with that requirement.
