Notice of this meeting is being provided according to the requirements of the Federal Advisory Committee Act. This notice provides the schedule and agenda for the December 13, 2017 meeting of the World War One Centennial Commission (the Commission). The meeting is open to the public.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing information collections.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint entitled Certain Batteries and Electrochemical Devices Containing Composite Separators, Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same, DN 3269; the Commission is soliciting comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or complainant's filing pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Applicants request an order to permit certain registered closed-end management investment companies to issue multiple classes of shares and to impose asset-based distribution and/or service fees, early withdrawal charges (``EWCs'') and early repurchase fees.

Notice is hereby given that the presiding administrative law judge (``ALJ'') has issued a Final Initial Determination and Recommended Determination on Remedy and Bonding in the above-captioned investigation. The Commission is soliciting comments on public interest issues raised by the recommended relief should the Commission find a violation. The ALJ recommended only a limited exclusion order with a certification provision prohibiting the entry of certain composite aerogel insulation materials manufactured abroad by or on behalf of Respondent Nano Tech Co., Ltd. of Zhejiang, China, and Respondent Guangdong Alison Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. of Guangzhou, China, that infringe certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 7,078,359, and/or that are manufactured using certain claimed methods of U.S. Patent Nos. 6,989,123 and 7,780,890. This notice is soliciting public interest comments from the public only. Parties are to file public interest submissions pursuant to Commission rules.
