The National Science Foundation (NSF) is announcing plans to request approval for the collection of research and development data through the Nonprofit Research Activities survey. In accordance with the requirement of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we are providing opportunity for public comment on this action. After obtaining and considering public comment, NSF will prepare the submission requesting that OMB approve clearance of this collection for no longer than 3 years. Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on March 30, 2017, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Varidesk LLC of Coppell, Texas. A letter supplementing the complaint was filed on April 21, 2017. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain height- adjustable desk platforms and components thereof by reason of infringement of U.S. Patent No. 9,113,703 (``the '703 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 9,277,809 (``the '809 patent''); and U.S. Patent No. 9,554,644 (``the '644 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists or is in the process of being established as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (``FACA''), and after consultation with the General Services Administration, the Chairman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation has determined that renewal of the FDIC Systemic Resolution Advisory Committee (``the Committee'') is in the public interest in connection with the performance of duties imposed upon the FDIC by law. The Committee has been a successful undertaking by the FDIC and has provided valuable feedback to the agency on a broad range of issues regarding the resolution of systemically important financial companies pursuant to Title II of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. The Committee will continue to provide advice and recommendations on how the FDIC's systemic resolution authority, and its implementation, may impact regulated entities and other stakeholders potentially affected by the process. The structure and responsibilities of the Committee are unchanged from when it was originally established in May 2011. The Committee will continue to operate in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act.
