Information Collection Being Reviewed by the Federal Communications Commission
As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burdens, and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501-3520), the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or the Commission) invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collection. Comments are requested concerning: whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Commission, including whether the information shall have practical utility; the accuracy of the Commission's burden estimate; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information collected; ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on the respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology; and ways to further reduce the information collection burden on small business concerns with fewer than 25 employees. The FCC may not conduct or sponsor a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid control number. No person shall be subject to any penalty for failing to comply with a collection of information subject to the PRA that does not display a valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number.

Information Collection; Submission for OMB Review, Comment Request
The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) has submitted a public information collection request (ICR) entitled Process Evaluation of the Social Innovation Fund (SIF) Pay for Success (PFS) Program for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13, (44 U.S.C. chapter 35). Notice of Information Collection
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration developed the Technology Portfolio System (TechPort). TechPort is an integrated, Agency wide software system designed to capture, track, and manage NASA's portfolio of technology investments. TechPort provides detailed information on individual technology programs and projects throughout NASA. This system enables the public to explore NASA's technology portfolio and learn about technology Programs, and Projects, as NASA works to mature the technologies for aeronautics, space exploration, and scientific discovery missions. In March, 2015 NASA released a beta version of the system to allow the public the opportunity to give the system a trial run and provide feedback. This RFI solicits inputs on the beta version of TechPort.

Proposed Information Collection; Comment Request
The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, conducts a pre-clearance consultation program to provide the general public and federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing collections of information in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA95) (44 U.S.C. Sec. 3506(c)(2)(A)). This program helps to ensure that requested data can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirement on respondents can be properly assessed. Currently, CNCS is soliciting comments concerning its proposed renewal of the AmeriCorps Interest Payment Form/AmeriCorpsManual Interest Payment Request Form (OMB#3045-0053). The AmeriCorps Interest Payment Form/AmeriCorpsManual Interest Payment Request Form (OMB#3045-0053) is used to pay all or a portion of the interest that accrues on a member's qualified student loan during their service period, if their loans were in forbearance and if they successfully completed their term of service. This payment is in addition to the education award. The intention is to keep the qualified student loan debt of members from increasing as a result of their national service. The percentage of accrued interest CNCS pays is determined by a formula based on the member's term of service. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering issuance of an amendment to Combined Licenses (COLs), NPF-93 and NPF- 94, issued to South Carolina Electric and Gas (SCE&G) and South Carolina Public Service Authority (Santee Cooper) (the licensee), for construction and operation of the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station (VCSNS), Units 2 and 3 located in Fairfield County, South Carolina. The proposed amendment to COL Appendix C information, and supporting Tier 2 information, requires a corresponding plant-specific Tier 1 departure and exemption.
