The FTC is seeking public comments on its proposal to extend through January 31, 2017, the current PRA clearance for its shared enforcement authority with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (``CFPB'') for information collection requirements contained in the CFPB's Regulation O. That clearance expires on January 31, 2014.

The FTC intends to ask the Office of Management and Budget (``OMB'') to extend through December 31, 2016, the current Paperwork Reduction Act (``PRA'') clearance for the FTC's enforcement of the information collection requirements in its Affiliate Marketing Rule (or ``Rule''), which applies to certain motor vehicle dealers, and its shared enforcement with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (``CFPB'') of the provisions (subpart C) of the CFPB's Regulation V regarding other entities (``CFPB Rule''). The current clearance expires on December 31, 2013.

The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, conducts a pre-clearance consultation program to provide the general public and federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing collections of information in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA95). This program helps to ensure that requested data can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirement on respondents can be properly assessed. Currently, CNCS is soliciting comments concerning AmeriCorps Application Instructions: Administrative, Program Development and Training grants. State commissions will respond to the questions included in this ICR in order to apply for funding through these grants and to report on progress and performance measures. Fees for Reviews of the Rule Enforcement Programs of Designated Contract Markets and Registered Futures Associations
