National Council on Federal Labor-Management Relations Meeting
The National Council on Federal Labor-Management Relations will hold its initial meeting on February 26, 2010, at the time and location shown below. The Council is an advisory body composed of representatives of Federal employee organizations, Federal management organizations and senior government officials. The Council was established by Executive Order 13522, entitled, ``Creating Labor- Management Forums to Improve Delivery of Government Services,'' which was signed by the President on November 9, 2009. Along with its other responsibilities, the Council will assist in the implementation of Labor Management Forums throughout the government and will make recommendations to the President on innovative ways to improve delivery of services and products to the public while cutting costs and advancing employee interests. The Council is co-chaired by the Director of the Office of Personnel Management and the Deputy Director for Management of the Office of Management and Budget.
Denali Commission Fiscal Year 2010 Draft Work Plan
The Denali Commission (Commission) is an independent Federal agency based on an innovative Federal-State partnership designed to provide critical utilities, infrastructure and support for economic development and in training in Alaska by delivering Federal services in the most cost-effective manner possible. The Commission was created in 1998 with passage of the October 21, 1998 Denali Commission Act (Act) (Title III of Pub. L. 105-277, 42 U.S.C. 3121). The Denali Commission Act requires that the Commission develop proposed work plans for future spending and that the annual Work Plan be published in the Federal Register, providing an opportunity for a 30-day period of public review and written comment. This Federal Register notice serves to announce the 30-day opportunity for public comment on the Denali Commission Draft Work Plan for Federal Fiscal Year 2010.

5 CFR part 724.202 requires that each Federal agency provide notice to its employees, former employees, and applicants for employment about the rights and remedies available under the Antidiscrimination Laws and Whistleblower Protection Laws applicable to them within 60 calendar days after September 18, 2006, and annually thereafter. Each agency must publish the initial notice in the Federal Register.
Meeting of the Regional Resource Stewardship Council
The TVA Regional Resource Stewardship Council (RRSC) will hold a meeting on Thursday, March 4, and Friday, March 5, 2010, to consider various matters.
New Postal Product
The Commission is adding Priority Mail Contract 24 to the Competitive Product List. This action is consistent with changes in a postal reform law. Republication of the lists of market dominant and competitive products is also consistent with a statutory provision.

The consent agreement in this matter settles alleged violations of federal law prohibiting unfair or deceptive acts or practices or unfair methods of competition.
