The FTC is seeking public comments on its proposal to extend through July 31, 2011, the current Paperwork Reduction Act (``PRA'') clearance for information collection requirements contained in the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Rule (``COPPA Rule''), which will expire on July 31, 2008. The information collection requirements described below will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (``OMB'') for review, as required by the PRA.
Final Environmental Impact Statement-Rutherford-Williamson-Davidson Power Supply Improvement Project
This notice is provided in accordance with the Council on Environmental Quality's regulations (40 CFR parts 1500 to 1508) and TVA's procedures implementing the National Environmental Policy Act. TVA has decided to implement the preferred alternative identified in its Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), Rutherford-Williamson- Davidson Power Supply Improvement Project. In implementing Alternative 2, TVA has decided to construct and operate the new 500-kV Rutherford Substation, the 27-mile 500-kV transmission line between TVAs 500-kV Maury Substation and the new Rutherford Substation, the new 9-mile 161-kV transmission line between the new Rutherford Substation and Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporations (MTEMC) Almaville Substation, and the new 15-mile 161-kV transmission line between the new Rutherford Substation and MTEMCs Christiana Substation.
