The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) proposes to amend its regulations on the detail and transfer of Federal employees to international organizations. The proposed changes will make the regulation consistent with recent statutory changes on determining the rate of basic pay an employee is entitled to receive when reemployed after service with an international organization. The changes also modernize regulatory language.

The Corporation for National and Community Service (hereinafter the ``Corporation''), has submitted the following public information collection request (ICR) entitled Spirit of Service Awards Nomination Guidelines and ApplicationSenior Corps, AmeriCorps and Learn and Serve America to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA95) (44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A)). This notice sets forth the schedule and proposed agenda of an upcoming open meeting of the National Institute for Literacy Advisory Board. The notice also describes the functions of the Committee. U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is making efforts to reduce the paperwork burden. USAID invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following proposed and/or continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act for 1995.
