The technical amendments will update the current list of self-regulatory organizations (``SROs'') and government jurisdictions listed on Form BD and Form BDW, and make conforming changes to the definition ``jurisdiction'' in the forms.

L. 104-333, 110 Stat. 4097, as amended, and in accordance with the Presidio Trust's bylaws, notice is hereby given that a public meeting of the Presidio Trust Board of Directors will be held commencing 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 10, 2007, at the Golden Gate Club, 135 Fisher Loop, Presidio of San Francisco, California. The Presidio Trust was created by Congress in 1996 to manage approximately eighty percent of the former U.S. Army base known as the Presidio, in San Francisco, California. The purposes of this meeting are to hear presentations from the finalists selected to submit proposals for the development of a Presidio Lodge, to adopt a Philanthropic Recognition Policy, to provide an Executive Director's report, and to receive public comment in accordance with the Trust's Public Outreach Policy. Comments are invited on: (a) Whether the proposed information collection is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information has practical utility; (b) the accuracy of the RRB's estimate of the burden of the collection of the information; (c) ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and (d) ways to minimize the burden related to the collection of information on respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (``SEC'' or ``Commission'') is adopting an amendment to a rule under Section 18 of the Securities Act of 1933 (``Securities Act'') to designate securities listed, or authorized for listing, on the Nasdaq Capital Market tier of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (``Nasdaq'') as covered securities for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Act. Covered securities under Section 18 of the Securities Act are exempt from State law registration requirements. The Commission also is making a correction to the rule text to conform it to the language of Section 18 of the Securities Act.
