Information Collection Request: Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery (Reinstatement Without Change)
As part of a Federal Government-wide effort to streamline the process of seeking feedback from the public on service delivery, the Administrative Conference of the United States (``ACUS'' or ``the Conference'') has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for reinstatement of a Generic Information Collection Request (Generic ICR): ``Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery'' previously approved under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.).
Adoption of Recommendations
The Administrative Conference of the United States adopted three recommendations at its Sixty-First Plenary Session. The appended recommendations address: Retrospective Review of Agency Rules; Petitions for Rulemaking; and Best Practices for Using Video Teleconferencing for Hearings.

Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. App.), the Assembly of the Administrative Conference of the United States will hold a meeting to consider three proposed recommendations and to conduct other business. This meeting will be open to the public.
Information Collection Request: Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery (Reinstatement Without Change)
Pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA) (44 U.S.C. 3501 et. seq.), the Administrative Conference of the United States is requesting public comments on the reinstatement without change by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) of a previously approved Information Collection Request (ICR), 3002-0006, ``Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery.'' This collection was developed as part of a Federal Government-wide effort to streamline the process for seeking feedback from the public on service delivery. This notice announces our intent to submit this collection to OMB for approval and solicits comments on specific aspects for the proposed information collection. The draft supporting statement is essentially unchanged from the supporting statement for the previously approved ICR, other than to note that the proposed ICR is a reinstatement without change. The supporting statement previously submitted is available by inserting the above OMB control number at www.reginfo.gov/public/do/PRASearch.

The Administrative Conference of the United States (the Conference) is providing notice to all its employees, former employees, and applicants for employment about the rights and remedies available to them under the Federal antidiscrimination, whistleblower protection, and retaliation laws. This notice fulfills the Conference's notification obligations under 5 CFR 724.202.

Information Collection Request Submitted to Office of Management and Budget (Renewal)
Pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Administrative Conference of the United States will submit an Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requesting renewal of an existing and previously approved ICR (No. 3002-0003), substitute ``Confidential Employment and Financial Disclosure Report.'' This form is a simplified substitute for the Office of Government Ethics (OGE) Form 450, which non-government members of the Conference would otherwise be required to file. OGE has approved the use of this substitute form. The current OMB approval expires on May 31, 2014. The changes proposed to the current form are minor in nature. This proposed ICR renewal was published in the Federal Register at 79 FR 12143 (March 4, 2014), allowing for a 60-day comment period. No comments were received. The purpose of this notice is to allow an additional 30 days for public comment.
