Notice of Meeting; National Advisory Committee on the Sex Trafficking of Children and Youth in the United States
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) and the Preventing Sex Trafficking and Strengthening Families Act, that a meeting of the National Advisory Committee on the Sex Trafficking of Children and Youth in the United States (Committee) will be held on January 6, 2022. The purpose of the meeting is for the Committee to finalize the distribution plan for the Committee's January 2022 report. The members of the Committee request comment from the public to inform their ongoing work. Please submit your comments to NAC@nhttac.org with the subject ``NAC Comments,'' as soon as possible and before January 3, 2022.
Privacy Act of 1974; Matching Program
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) is providing notice of a re-established matching program between HHS/ACF/OCSE and state agencies administering the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). The matching program compares state SNAP agency records with new hire, quarterly wage, and unemployment insurance information maintained in the National Directory of New Hires (NDNH). The outcomes of the comparisons help state agencies with establishing or verifying eligibility for applicants and recipients of SNAP benefits, reducing SNAP benefit errors, and maintaining program integrity.

Expedited OMB Review and Public Comment: Recordkeeping for New Vaccine and Mask Requirements To Mitigate the Spread of COVID-19 in Head Start
An Interim Final Rule with Comment Period (IFC) was published on November 30, 2021 that established the COVID-19 vaccination requirements whereby all Head Start staff, certain contractors, and volunteers must be vaccinated for COVID-19 by January 31, 2022. The Office of Head Start, Administration for Children and Families (ACF), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is requesting expedited review of an information collection request from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and inviting public comments on the following new recordkeeping requirements for Head Start programs: (1) Collect and maintain records on the vaccination status of staff, certain contractors, and volunteers in Head Start and Early Head Start programs, and (2) develop and maintain a written COVID-19 protocol for testing individuals granted vaccine exemptions including granting such exemptions. We also invite comments on the impact of this new requirement on the current requirement for Head Start programs to maintain, including regularly update, program policies and procedures for personnel (associated burden approved under OMB #: 0970-0148).

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is requesting reinstatement of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Performance Data Form (Office of Management and Budget (OMB) #0970-0449, expiration date March 31, 2021) with changes. Changes include additional reporting items to collect Module 2 (Performance Measures) data on the impacts of supplemental federal LIHEAP funds, and other minor changes to the most recent version of this form.

OCSE's Child Support Portal (``Portal'') contains applications to assist state child support agencies with administering their programs. Authorized Portal users must register with OCSE to access Portal applications and provide OCSE with certain preferences. The current OMB approval expires on February 28, 2022.
