The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain steel nails from Malaysia were sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. Additionally, we preliminarily find that certain companies made no shipments during the review period. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

The Department of State is seeking Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for the information collection described below. The Coast Guard is publishing this notice to satisfy a requirement of the Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act that requires a detailed accounting of the projects, programs, and activities funded under the national recreational boating safety program provision of the Act be published annually in the Federal Register.
