The FMCSA published a document in the Federal Register of February 4, 2015, concerning a request for comments on new information collection burdens titled, ``The Impact of Driver Compensation on Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety,'' to assess the current compensation practices of commercial vehicle drivers and the potential influence this may have on safe commercial vehicle operations. The document contained incorrect estimated times per response and estimated total annual burdens.

FMCSA announces its decision to renew the exemptions from the vision requirement in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations for 20 individuals. FMCSA has statutory authority to exempt individuals from the vision requirement if the exemptions granted will not compromise safety. The Agency has concluded that granting these exemption renewals will provide a level of safety that is equivalent to or greater than the level of safety maintained without the exemptions for these commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers.

This notice announces a meeting of the Environmental Management Site-Specific Advisory Board (EM SSAB), Hanford. The Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-463, 86 Stat. 770) requires that public notice of this meeting be announced in the Federal Register.

The Department of Energy (DOE) has submitted an information collection request to the OMB for extension under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection package requests a three-year extension of ``Industrial Relations,'' OMB Control Number 1910-0600. This proposed collection covers major Department contractor Human Resource information necessary for contract management, administration, and cost control.

We (National Park Service, NPS) will ask the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to approve the information collection (IC) described below. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and as part of our continuing efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, we invite the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on this IC. This IC is scheduled to expire on November 30, 2016. NMFS is implementing regulations consistent with Framework Adjustment 8 to the Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan. This action allows the black sea bass recreational fishery to begin on May 15 of each year, instead of May 19, to provide additional fishing opportunities earlier in the year, unless otherwise modified by further rulemaking.

NIOSH gives notice of a decision to evaluate a petition to designate a class of employees from the Argonne National Laboratory- West in Scoville, Idaho, to be included in the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000.

As authorized by 46 U.S.C. 12121, the Secretary of Transportation, as represented by the Maritime Administration (MARAD), is authorized to grant waivers of the U.S.-build requirement of the coastwise laws under certain circumstances. A request for such a waiver has been received by MARAD. The vessel, and a brief description of the proposed service, is listed below.

The Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy designated 1 additional county as a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) pursuant to 21 U.S.C. 1706. The new county is New Castle County, Delaware as part of the Philadelphia/Camden HIDTA.

On December 11, 2014, we published in the Federal Register (79 FR 73557) a notice inviting applications for the FY 2015 Parent Training and Information Centers competition (NIA). The notice established a deadline date of February 9, 2015, for the transmittal of applications. This notice reopens the competition for five days.
