The change removes from the Florida SIP a provision entitled ``Synthetic Organic Fiber Production.'' EPA has determined that this provision was erroneously incorporated into the SIP. Therefore, EPA is taking final action to remove this rule from the federally-approved Florida SIP because the rule is not related to the attainment and maintenance of the national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS).
