As required by the Privacy Act of 1974 5 U.S.C. 552a(e)4, notice is hereby given that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is amending the system of records in its inventory entitled ``Veterans (Deceased) Headstone or Marker RecordsVA'' (48VA40B) as set forth in Public Law 93-43. VA is amending the system of records by revising the Purpose, Routine Uses of Records Maintained in the System, Safeguards, Categories of Individuals Covered by the System and Notification Procedures. VA is republishing the system notice in its entirety.
