Renewal of International Security Advisory Board Charter
The Department of State announces the renewal of the Charter of the International Security Advisory Board (ISAB). The purpose of the ISAB is to provide the Department with a continuing source of independent insight, advice, and innovation on all aspects of arms control, disarmament, nonproliferation, and international security, and related aspects of public diplomacy. International Joint Commission: Invites Public Comment on Review of Emergency Levels for Rainy and Namakan Lakes
The International Joint Commission (IJC) announced today that it is inviting public comment on Emergency Levels for Rainy and Namakan Lakes (also known as Rule Curves). Comments will be accepted at public hearings and by mail, email and on-line until September 1, 2017. Following receipt of the International Rainy and Namakan Lakes Rule Curves Study Board's final report in late June, the International Joint Commission will be holding public hearings in the basin on its own report. Draft Changes to the Rainy and Namakan Lakes Rule Curves for Public Comment. The Commission is considering proposed changes to its Orders of Approval for the emergency regulation of Rainy and Namakan Lakes that have been recommended by the Study.

Notice of Issuance of a Presidential Permit to NuStar Logistics, L.P.
The Acting Assistant Secretary of State for Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs issued a Presidential permit to NuStar Logistics, L.P. (``NuStar'') on June 28, 2017, authorizing NuStar to construct, connect, operate, and maintain pipeline facilities (``New Burgos pipeline facilities'') at the U.S.- Mexico border near Pe[ntilde]itas, Texas for the import or export of refined petroleum products, to include naphtha, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas liquids, jet fuel, gasoline, and diesel. In accordance with Executive Order 13337 (April 30, 2004), the Acting Assistant Secretary determined that issuance of this permit would serve the national interest.
Notice of Issuance of a Presidential Permit to NuStar Logistics, L.P.
The Acting Assistant Secretary of State for Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs issued a Presidential permit to NuStar Logistics, L.P. (``NuStar'') on June 28, 2017, authorizing NuStar to operate and maintain existing pipeline facilities (``Dos Laredos pipeline facilities'') at the U.S.-Mexico border near Laredo, Texas for the transport of refined petroleum products, to include liquefied petroleum gas, regular and premium gasoline, kerosene, and diesel. In accordance with Executive Order 13337 (April 30, 2004), the Acting Assistant Secretary determined that issuance of this permit would serve the national interest.
