As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burden and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501-3520), the Federal Communications Commission invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collection(s). Comments are requested concerning: Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Commission, including whether the information shall have practical utility; the accuracy of the Commission's burden estimate; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information collected; ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on the respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology; and ways to further reduce the information burden for small business concerns with fewer than 25 employees. The FCC may not conduct or sponsor a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on May 9, 2014, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. Sec. 1337, on behalf of Bear Archery, Inc. of Evansville, Indiana and SOP Services, Inc. of Las Vegas, Nevada. A letter amending the complaint was filed on May 27, 2014. The complaint, as amended, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain archery products and related marketing materials by reason of infringement of: (1) Certain claims of U.S. Patent No. RE38,096 (``the '096 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 6,978,775 (``the '775 patent''); and U.S. Patent No. 7,226,375 (``the '375 patent''); and (2) U.S. Trademark Registration No. 2,501,255 (``the '255 trademark'') and U.S. Trademark Registration No. 3,312,392 (``the '392 trademark''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainants request that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a general exclusion order or, in the alternative, a limited exclusion order.
