Agency Information Collection Activities Under OMB Review
The Office of Consumer Outreach (OCO), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), invites public comment on its proposed Information Collection Request (ICR), in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), for the Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed collection of certain information by the agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), 44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq., Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, including each proposed extension of an existing collection of information, and to allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice. This notice solicits comments on requirements relating to information collected to assist the Commission in the prevention of market manipulation.

Notice is hereby given that the presiding administrative law judge has issued a Final Initial Determination and Recommended Determination on Remedy and Bonding in the above-captioned investigation. Data Specifications for Collecting Study Area Boundaries
In this document, the Wireline Competition Bureau adopts modifications to the data specifications for collecting study area boundaries for purposes of implementing various reforms. The original specifications were adopted in the Commission's Connect America Fund; High-Cost Universal Service Support, Report and Order, (Study Area Boundary Order), released on November 6, 2012.

Consumer Advisory Committee
The Commission announces rechartering, appointment of members and designation of chairperson of its Consumer Advisory Committee (Committee). The Commission further announces the Committee's next meeting date, time, and agenda. Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements Under OMB Review
Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), agencies are required to submit proposed reporting and recordkeeping requirements to OMB for review and approval, and to publish a notice in the Federal Register notifying the public that the agency has made such a submission.

Fixed Income Roundtable
The Securities and Exchange Commission will host a one day roundtable to discuss the current market structure and potential ways to improve the transparency, liquidity, efficiency, and other aspects of fixed income markets. The roundtable will focus on the municipal securities, corporate bonds, and asset-backed securities markets. The roundtable discussion will be held in the multi-purpose room of the Securities and Exchange Commission headquarters at 100 F Street NE., in Washington, DC on April 16, 2013 beginning at 8:45 a.m. and ending at approximately 4:15 p.m. The public is invited to observe the roundtable discussion. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The roundtable discussion also will be available via webcast on the Commission's Web site at www.sec.gov. The roundtable will consist of four panels. The participants in the first panel will discuss the current market structure for municipal securities. The participants in the second panel will discuss the current market structure for corporate bonds and asset-backed securities. Extension of Hearing Record Closure Date
The Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (Board) published a document in the Federal Register on January 22, 2013, (78 FR 4393), as amended, February 19, 2013, (78 FR 11632). The publication concerned notice of a hearing and meeting on March 14, 2013, regarding safety culture, emergency preparedness, and safety issues at the Pantex Plant. The Board stated in the January 22, 2013, hearing notice that the hearing record would remain open until April 15, 2013, for the receipt of additional materials. Extension of Time: The Board now extends the period of time for which the hearing record will remain open to June 15, 2013, to further accommodate, among other things, submission of answers to questions taken for the record during the course of the public hearing. This direct final rule makes nonsubstantive changes to correct and remove citations referenced in NASA's Contract Adjustment Board rule. Potential Changes to Interlocutory Appeals Process for Adjudicatory Decisions
