The Office of Consumer Outreach (OCO), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), invites public comment on its proposed Information Collection Request (ICR), in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), for the Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery. The ICR has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval, and describes the nature of the information collection and its expected costs and burden.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed collection of certain information by the agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), 44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq., Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, including each proposed extension of an existing collection of information, and to allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice. This notice solicits comments on requirements relating to information collected to assist the Commission in the prevention of market manipulation.

In this document, the Wireline Competition Bureau adopts modifications to the data specifications for collecting study area boundaries for purposes of implementing various reforms. The original specifications were adopted in the Commission's Connect America Fund; High-Cost Universal Service Support, Report and Order, (Study Area Boundary Order), released on November 6, 2012.

As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burden and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3502-3520), the Federal Communications Commission invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collection(s). Comments are requested concerning: Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Commission, including whether the information shall have practical utility; the accuracy of the Commission's burden estimates; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information collected; ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on the respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology; and ways to further reduce the information collection burden on small business concerns with fewer than 25 employees. The FCC may not conduct or sponsor a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. No person shall be subject to any penalty for failing to comply with a collection of information subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) that does not display a valid OMB control number.

The Commission announces rechartering, appointment of members and designation of chairperson of its Consumer Advisory Committee (Committee). The Commission further announces the Committee's next meeting date, time, and agenda. The purpose of the Committee is to make recommendations to the Commission regarding matters within the jurisdiction of the Commission and to facilitate the participation of all consumers in proceedings before the Commission.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (Commission or CFTC) is adopting regulations to make clear that each swap dealer (SD), major swap participant (MSP), and other Commission registrant with whom an associated person (AP) is associated is required to supervise the AP and is jointly and severally responsible for the activities of the AP with respect to customers common to it and any other SD, MSP or other Commission registrant.

NARA proposes to amend its regulations on the public use of NARA facilities in the Washington, DC area. The regulations are being revised to clarify instances where fees may be charged for services related to building use. It also updates contact information for requesting use of NARA public areas in the Washington, DC National Archives Building and the National Archives at College Park.

In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Public Law 92-462, as amended, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) announces a meeting of the Research Subcommittee of the Human Exploration and Operations Committee (HEOC) of the NASA Advisory Council (NAC). This Subcommittee reports to the HEOC. The meeting will be held for the purpose of organizing the activities of the Subcommittee and fact-finding with respect to the research activities within the Human Exploration and Operations Mission Directorate.

The Committee is proposing to add products to the Procurement List that will be furnished by nonprofit agencies employing persons who are blind or have other severe disabilities, and delete services previously provided by such agencies. Comments Must Be Received On or Before: 5/6/2013.

The Securities and Exchange Commission will host a one day roundtable to discuss the current market structure and potential ways to improve the transparency, liquidity, efficiency, and other aspects of fixed income markets. The roundtable will focus on the municipal securities, corporate bonds, and asset-backed securities markets. The roundtable discussion will be held in the multi-purpose room of the Securities and Exchange Commission headquarters at 100 F Street NE., in Washington, DC on April 16, 2013 beginning at 8:45 a.m. and ending at approximately 4:15 p.m. The public is invited to observe the roundtable discussion. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The roundtable discussion also will be available via webcast on the Commission's Web site at www.sec.gov. The roundtable will consist of four panels. The participants in the first panel will discuss the current market structure for municipal securities. The participants in the second panel will discuss the current market structure for corporate bonds and asset-backed securities. The participants in the third panel will discuss potential improvements to the market structure for municipal securities. The participants in the fourth panel will discuss potential improvements to the market structure for corporate bonds and asset-backed securities.

Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Office of Governmentwide Policy will submit to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement concerning reporting tangible personal property. In support of OMB's continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, GSA invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the proposed information collection. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice seeks comments concerning forms that will be used to collect information related to tangible personal property when required by a Federal financial assistance award. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing this Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR) to begin the process of potentially amending its regulations to change the interlocutory appeals process for certain adjudicatory decisions. The NRC seeks public comment on these potential changes to the interlocutory appeals process.

Each applicant, a closed-end investment company, seeks an order declaring that it has ceased to be an investment company. Applicants have transferred their assets to a series of Pyxis Funds I, and on June 13, 2011, each applicant made a final distribution to its shareholders based on net asset value.
