The meeting will be open to public attendance with the exception of a portion that may be closed to protect information that is propriety pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552(c)(4). The agenda for the subject meeting shall be as follows: Wednesday, April 24, 2013–8:15 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. The Subcommittee will review Chapter 2 of the Safety Evaluation Report (SER) associated with the combined license application (COLA) for South Texas Project (STP) Units 3 and 4. The Subcommittee will also review proposed resolution of Action Items associated with the STP COLA. The Subcommittee will hear presentations by and hold discussions with the applicant, Nuclear Innovation North America (NINA), the NRC staff and other interested persons regarding these matters. The Subcommittee will gather information, analyze relevant issues and facts, and formulate proposed positions and actions, as appropriate, for deliberation by the Full Committee.
