Note: This chapter is adopted under authority of ss. 93.07(1) and 100.201, Stats., and is subject to penalties provided under s. 100.201(9), Stats. Sections ATCP 103.03 to establish a 103.17 uniform system of accounting, pursuant to s. 100.201(2) (h) 3, Stats., to be used in determining whether selected dairy products are being sold below cost.
