A. No school shall use the seal of Virginia in its diploma design.
B. Each school that offers a diploma upon graduation shall have written policies and procedures that address the following:
1. The requirements for a diploma
shall be those in effect when the student enters the ninth grade for the first
time.
2. The requirements for a
diploma shall be based upon completion of program requirements that demonstrate
academic rigor.
