(1) Authority for this rule is found in Section 26B-1-202 and the rule is enacted in accordance with Section 26B-4-319.
(2) The purpose of this rule is to establish reporting requirements for birth defects, critical congenital heart disease, and stillbirths in Utah, and for related test results.
