Section 441-065-0140 - Limitation on Selling Expenses

(1) All expenses of a SOAR or a SCOR Offering, including sales expenses, acquisition expenses, expenses for preparing the offering, and similar expenses shall be reasonable after taking into account the nature of the offering, amount to be raised and proposed use of funds.

(2) The provisions of OAR 441-085-0010 shall apply to any registered SOAR or SCOR Offerings, except that sales expenses may not exceed "20%" of the aggregate offering amount.
