Section 252:690-3-84 - Criteria long-term averages for the implementation of mineral constituent criteria to protect the Agriculture beneficial use

(a) LTA YMS . LTAYMS = WLAYMS. See Equation H-3.

(b) LTA SS . LTASS is calculated using a 99% probability basis according to Equation H-4. A CV value of 0.6 is assumed in determining LTASS unless a CV was determined from effluent data in accordance with OAC 252:690-3-7.

(c) Limiting LTAs. LTAYMS and LTASS are compared with each other for each mineral constituent, and the more stringent of the two LTAs is the limiting LTA for that mineral constituent, as described in Equations H-5, H-6 and H-7.
