The following words or terms, when used in this Chapter, shall have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
"Department" means the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality.
"State Environmental Laboratory" means the environmental laboratory under the jurisdiction of, and operated by, the Department of Environmental Quality.
