Since article 11 together with article 13 of the Environmental Conservation Law is known as the Fish and Wildlife Law, sections of either article may be referred to either as sections of the Environmental Conservation Law or the Fish and Wildlife Law (Environmental Conservation Law, §§11-0101 and 13-0101).
