Section 402.16 - Licensee's privacy policy

Each licensee shall comply with the privacy provisions contained in title 5 of the Gramm- Leach-Bliley Act of 1999, which is found in 15 United States Code [FN*] section 6801 et seq., and the regulations promulgated thereunder by the Federal Trade Commission, which are found in title 16, Code of Federal Regulations,* part 313 et seq.
